Shipping rates for orders under $150 are set starting at $9.99 - $29.99 for regular ground services.
SHIPPING CLEARANCE & OVERSIZE
Shipping rates are calculated based on size and distance to destination.
*Clearance items with discounts equal to 30% or greater ARE NOT eligible for free shipping.
*Oversized items may also be charged additional shipping costs
*Oversized item surcharge: applies if any dimension exceeds 100 cm (39.4 inches), or if two dimensions exceed 76 cm (30 inches)
All orders will be shipped via Canada Post. General shipping timelines is approximately 2-8 days for regular service. Once your item has been shipped the speed in which it is delivered is out of our control. You will be provided with tracking information as soon as it is available. 'Talking Rock' is not responsible for any packages that are shipped using an un-tracked method.
Expedited & Xpress Post options are available for an additional fee, extra charges will apply. If you require a rush order or would like to use an alternative delivery service please contact us at [email protected] for more information.
Free local pick-up is available at our ProShop located in Chase, BC. Orders will be available for pick-up within two business days. Please note that orders placed on weekend or holidays will not be available until the first regular business day. Once your order is ready for pick-up you will be notified via email. Please ensure you have your order number and details available when picking up at the store.
If you select the local pick-up option and live outside the Shuswap area, your order will not be sent until you provide payment for the necessary shipping option.
We currently only ship within Canada.
All shipments refused by the purchaser for delivery will be charged a 25% restocking fee in addition to the associated shipping costs.
In order to return an item please email us at [email protected] with your order number to receive a confirmation. Returns may be accepted for exchange, store credit and refund and must be made within 30 days of order date. Items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging with all tags still attached. Returns that are missing tags or that are damaged will not be processed and will not be returned to sender.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
All discounted merchandise is a final sale.
